Putting the customer first has always been an essential part of Helvar’s strategy. Supporting our clients and partners throughout the entire project lifecycle is a core priority that ensures we consistently deliver reliable value. To better tailor our internal structures to the evolving needs of our customers, we are elevating Customer Success to the executive level.
As part of this structural alignment, Anne Kuulasmaa, Head of Customer Success, has been appointed to the Leadership Team.

This change is about cross-team connection and shared responsibility. As Anne says:

This cultural shift means recognising that Customer Success is not limited to a single department, it is every Helvarian’s responsibility. We all play a vital role in solving our customers’ challenges and supporting them at every step of their journey. From the initial concept design to project completion, we all contribute to ensuring excellence at every single touchpoint.
Over her 15 years at Helvar, Anne has developed extensive expertise in the operational processes required to ensure a top-tier customer experience. Starting in 2010 as a Logistics Manager, advancing to Sales Operations Manager, and eventually stepping into the Head of Customer Success role, she has focused on optimising the internal processes that directly impact our customers. Throughout her tenure, she has also been involved in supporting our Partners across the globe, fostering the strong, trusted relationships that are central to our work.
Outside of work, Anne is an avid climber – a pursuit that directly reflects her leadership philosophy. For her, successful teamwork relies on the exact same principles: aligning on a shared goal, trusting your team, and communicating clearly to ensure a seamless handover of tasks. By creating a space where people feel safe to express uncertainty, seek advice, and voice their opinions, she ensures the team always stays on the correct route.
Bringing this collaborative, trust-based mindset to the Leadership Team will strengthen how we operate. With Anne helping to steer our strategic execution, Helvar is well-positioned to turn Customer Success from a departmental goal into a company-wide driver on how we execute our mission.
