Hybrid solution – System Architecture
Helvar’s Node Link device powers our hybrid solution, bridging the gap between our wired and wireless offering.
Node Link connects our intelligent wireless lighting control solution, Helvar ActiveAhead, with our wired DALI-based lighting control solution, Helvar Imagine. With Node Link, you can connect the entire nearby ActiveAhead mesh network to the Imagine system, and choose which ActiveAhead groups are made visible.
This solution optimises communication between the systems and minimises the number of required DALI addresses on the Imagine system. No additional devices are needed to connect the two systems, making the hybrid solution simple to design, install, and set up.
