Lighting That Adapts to the Needs of Each Space
Helvar’s partner, InerZia, was selected to design and implement a smart lighting solution across multiple areas of the hospital, including waiting rooms, consultation spaces, corridors, and internal circulation zones.
Each area was designed with purpose:
• In waiting rooms, warm, even, glare-free lighting promotes a sense of calm for patients and families.
• In corridors, presence detection provides energy savings without compromising safety. Lighting adjusts automatically to the level of activity in the space—seamless and hands-free.
• Across all zones, the solution delivers smooth transitions and minimal visual impact, contributing to a clean, comfortable environment that supports wellbeing.
A Scalable Solution, Ready for the Future
The technical solution is built on Helvar’s robust DALI and DALI-2 control infrastructure, offering a high level of flexibility and future-proof scalability.
Key features include:
• 111 DALI lines
• 255 presence and daylight sensors
• 304 control points (push buttons)
• Advanced equipment such as Helvar 950/910/905 routers, 478 DALI controllers, 320/321 multi-sensors, and the 436 BACnet Gateway for seamless BMS integration.
Emergency lighting is fully managed via DALI, allowing individual monitoring and reliable response in the event of power failure.
