Helvar 321 multisensors continuously monitor the amount of natural daylight entering the building, seamlessly adjusting the indoor lighting to ensure the office feels bright and energising throughout the day. This daylight harvesting not only supports employee wellbeing by minimising eye strain and maintaining a natural rhythm of light, but it also significantly drives down energy consumption.

Seamless Automation and Design

Adding to the frictionless experience, Helvar 320 PIR sensors provide intuitive occupancy detection. The building responds instantly to its users, ensuring areas are perfectly illuminated the moment staff enter, and automatically turning off when spaces are vacated so that no energy is ever wasted.

For moments when staff prefer manual control over their environment, the system utilises Helvar 444 mini input modules. These are discreetly housed behind elegant FUGA spring-loaded covers, ensuring the advanced technology never disrupts the clean, architectural aesthetics of the office.

The complete lighting control solution was successfully supplied and commissioned by Vanpee A/S, delivering a truly smart, human-centric headquarters for Birch Ejendomme.
