Eco-Efficiency and Innovation in Action: The Parkview Office Building

This nine-storey office building enjoys a strategic location in close proximity to the motorway, public transport, and all essential civic amenities. Parkview stands as an innovative and energy-efficient structure, boasting a reinforced concrete monolithic framework cloaked in a lightweight modular envelope. To enhance energy efficiency, a sophisticated lighting control system equipped with motion and occupancy sensors has been deployed, resulting in reduced energy consumption.

Notably, the building incorporates an eco-friendly water conservation system, delivering savings of up to 30% when compared to other office buildings. This system includes efficient taps and rainwater harvesting.
The pinnacle of Parkview is its 9th-floor terrace, accessible to tenants and offering breathtaking views of Prague. In recognition of its excellence, the building received an award in 2020.
For precise DALI control, the installation which was implemented by DNA Central Europe s.r.o. utilised DALI routers 910 and 905. To manage
non-dimmable luminaires, both single-channel DALI relay units and 8-channel relay units were employed.
The control of blinds and roller shutters in the DIGIDIM and Imagine systems was achieved through the use of blind controllers. Throughout the building, up to 600 multisensors operate reliably, contributing significantly to reduced energy consumption. The EnOcean Gateway facilitates wireless connectivity of EnOcean pushbuttons to the Helvar system, while the installation also incorporates a WEB Server for added functionality.
