Visionary Prague — a LEED Platinum office building 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

VISIONARY, a unique seven-story office building in Prague, was completed in 2018. VISIONARY is a modern building that offers its tenants a healthy and flexible working environment, original design and a novel running track on the roof. There are outdoor terraces for employees on each floor with a unified green concept. In the design of the Visionary building, special emphasis was placed on the use of daylight thanks to the glass facade. The building has been certified LEED Platinum and aspires to the WELL certification for a healthy indoor environment.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

All luminaires in the VISIONARY building communicate using the DALI standard and are controlled via the Helvar Imagine lighting control router system. There are approximately 5,000 luminaires in the entire building. There are 56 routers, 200 motion sensors type 311, 490 multisensors 312 and 70 EnOcean receivers 434 for wireless buttons operating without batteries. VISIONARY is the first joint project between DNA and Johnson Controls International. Johnson Controls International provided complete HVAC and facility management technology for the building. With the Web Server for Helvar, the collaboration of the Helvar lighting control system with Johnson Controls HVAC is realized on a scale of 11,000 BACnet data points.
