Cold environment (–30 °C) IP65 version. The High-Bay PIR sensor, in conjunction with a Helvar lighting control system, provides automatic control of lighting loads in buildings and interior spaces with high ceilings. The 317M is typically installed in warehouses and factories. It is also used in other applications where mounting heights are too high for standard sensors. Ambient temperature: –30 °C to +35 °C.

The 321 Multisensor combines a light sensor for constant light control and a passive infrared (PIR) presence detector to provide energy-saving functions in a DALI system. The light sensor measures reflected light from the surface directly beneath it, using this information to maintain a constant light level by adjusting the lamp outputs. The PIR sensor enables the Multisensor to switch the lights on when its coverage area is occupied, and off when it is unoccupied.
