The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE)
CIBSE is the standard setter and authority on building services engineering. It publishes Guidance and Codes which are internationally recognised as authoritative, and sets the criteria for best practice in the profession. The Institution speaks for the profession and so is consulted by government on matters relating to construction, engineering and sustainability. It is represented on major bodies and organisations which govern construction and engineering occupations in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
STK
Finnish Electrotechnical Trade Association
The STK is the Finnish Association of electrical wholesalers, manufacturers and importers, who promote competitiveness of its members and the total supply chain by providing information services and by contributing actively to the development of the electrical branch in Finland.

Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) of Finland has worked for over 70 years as an independent organisation with lighting professionals and companies to promote the use of good and appropriate lighting. IES cooperates with similar organisations in other Nordic countries. It also actively collaborates with the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) and has representatives working with the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
Technology Industries of Finland
Technology Industries of Finland is the lobbying organisation for technology industry companies who promote competitiveness and the operational preconditions for this, the largest and most important export sector in Finland. A constantly developing technology industry creates the basis for the Finnish welfare state.
Danish Lighting Center
The DLC is a non-profit association for about 700 lighting professionals and has existed since 1948. Members include lighting manufacturers, researchers, engineering companies and architects. Their mission is promoting the use of good and appropriate lighting, and to disseminate lighting knowledge to the benefit of society.

AIDI – Associazione Italiana di Illuminazione
AIDI (Italian Lighting Association), since its foundation in 1959, carries out a constant action of scientific, technical and cultural information for the dissemination of knowledge of issues related to lighting and its main “mission” is to disseminate and promote the “culture of light”, to help promote the development of innovation and new technologies.
AIBACS – Associazione Italiana Building Automation and Control Systems
AIBACS as the Italian Building Automation and Control Systems Association pursues and promotes initiatives for the benefit of the community and in the common interest of the members for the progress of technologies, innovation and technology transfer, the arts and sciences related to automation and the management of plants applied to buildings.

The DGNB is Europe’s biggest network for sustainable buildings, and acts as the German Sustainable Building Council. The DGNB share a common interest and willingness to actively work towards achieving greater sustainability in the building and property industry.
The Polish Green Building Council
Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) aims to positively influence the Polish construction industry by promoting and implementing the rule of triple responsibility: environmental, social and economic. PLGBC intend to transform the design, construction and operations of buildings in the entire country for the overall benefit of all residents as well as all participants of the construction process.

Through its green building product and green building services labelling programmes, SGBC sets high standards and benchmarks for green building solutions both locally and regionally to help build more sustainable cities for better living.
Smart Building Alliance for Smart Cities
The SBA’s primary mission is to represent the ecosystem and promote the development of Smart Buildings in France. The SBA publishes flagship repositories and promotes the use of interoperable solutions, based on open standards. It also establishes the link between the different building lots, its insertion into the fabric of the Smart City, the services provided to its occupants and the valuation of the assets induced by these innovations.
Slovak Green Building Council
Slovak Green Building Council (SKGBC) is the main ambassador of sustainable construction in Slovakia. They bring together companies from different sectors of the economy supporting quality construction and renovation of buildings according to the principles of sustainability. They organise events focused on sustainability in the construction industry with the aim of educating both the professional and general public.
